The fifth annual James B. Beam Institute Bourbon conference is at the University of Kentucky this year and registration is now open. The institute is at the forefront of education, awareness and outreach in Kentucky's spirits industry.
The conference is a gathering of 800 researchers, distillery and supporting industry employees and will host a variety of key distillery industry sessions, along with exhibits, networking and lunch.
